Katherine Lindsley
Actress / Singer / Dancer

My parents discovered my affinity to singing after I wailed:
“All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Vince Vance & the Valiants at my 1st grade talent show. Since then, I have studied classical voice at the Lehigh High School of the Arts and am a recent graduate of The Institute for American Musical Theatre under director Michael Minarik! This past summer I played Katherine in NEWSIES at The Dutch Apple Theatre and Mary Debenham in MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS at The Broadway Palm. I am currently living in Astoria, Queens and outside of performing, you can find me reading historical fiction novels, playing guitar, baking banana bread, and rewatching The Karate Kid.

NEWSIES
“Katherine Lindsley, as newswoman Katherine Plumber, is absolutely adorable. "Watch What Happens" and "Something to Believe In" show off Lindsley's acting and vocal talent. The scene where Katherine finds Jack on his rooftop is one of the most touching scenes in the show. And when Katherine takes steps to defy her father, Joseph Pulitzer, by using his own printing press, it is easy to get caught up in her devotion and fervor."

THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE
"You are looking at the next Sutton Foster," said director Moray of his Millie, comparing her to the actress who originated the role on Broadway. "Katherine Lindsley just blew us out of the water! She's worth the ticket price alone."

MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS
"The collection of passengers/suspects is eclectic with accents to match. To my ears, Josiah Rogers as Colonel Arbuthnot and Katherine Lindsley as Mary Debenham had the most believable speech patterns."
